The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be first levied in 2015 for taxes payable in 2016 and applicable for ten (10) years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the renewal of the expiring property tax referendum proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 12 (Centennial), Minnesota be approved? The board of Independent School District No. 12 (Centennial), Minnesota has proposed a capital project levy authorization in the amount of 7.092% times the net tax capacity of the school district to provide funds for the acquisition and installation of technology improvements and technology systems. The proposed capital project levy authorization will raise approximately $1,800,000 for taxes payable in 2016, the first year it is to be levied, and would be authorized for ten (10) years. The estimated total cost of the projects to be funded over that time period is approximately $18,000,000. Shall the capital project levy proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 12 (Centennial), Minnesota be approved? The school board of Independent School District No. 22 (Detroit Lakes Public Schools) has proposed certain projects for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including without limitation (a) construction of a new middle school facility; (b) interior and exterior renovations to the existing Detroit Lakes Middle School; and (c) interior renovations and additions to Detroit Lakes High School. To provide funds for the project costs, the school board has proposed to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $68,000,000. This project has received a positive review and comment from the Commissioner of Education. Shall the school board of Independent School District No. 22 (Detroit Lakes Public Schools) be authorized to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $68,000,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities?

SCHOOL DISTRICT QUESTION 2 (ISD #22)

APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOND ISSUE
If the voters of Independent School District No. 22 (Detroit Lakes Public Schools) approve School District Ballot Question 1, the school board has proposed an additional project for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including the construction of an approximately 1,000-seat performing arts center at a school location to be determined, to serve the School District's curricular and extracurricular needs. To provide funds for the additional project costs, the school board has proposed to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,700,000. The project to be funded has received a positive review and comment from the Commissioner of Education. If School District Ballot Question 1 is approved, shall the school board of Independent School District No. 22 (Detroit Lakes Public Schools) be authorized to issue additional general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,700,000 to provide funds for the construction of a School District performing arts center as described above?

SCHOOL DISTRICT QUESTION 3 (ISD #22)

APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOND ISSUE
If the voters of Independent School District No. 22 (Detroit Lakes Public Schools) approve School District Ballot Question 1, the school board has proposed an additional project for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including the construction of a swimming pool at a school facility to be determined, to serve the School District's curricular and extracurricular needs. To provide funds for the additional project costs, the school board has proposed to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,900,000. The project to be funded has received a positive review and comment from the Commissioner of Education. If School District Ballot Question 1 is approved, shall the school board of Independent School District No. 22 (Detroit Lakes Public Schools) be authorized to issue additional general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,900,000 to provide funds for the construction of a School District swimming pool as described above?

The board of Independent School District No. 2888 (Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley) has proposed a capital project levy authorization in the amount of 0.01755% times the net tax capacity of the school district. The proposed capital project levy authorization will raise approximately $190,000 for taxes payable in 2016, the first year it is to be levied, and would be authorized for nine years. The estimated total cost of the projects to be funded over that time period is approximately $1,710,000. The money raised by this authorization will provide funds for the acquisition, installation and maintenance of technology and technology systems and directly related personnel costs, the acquisition of school buses, and the maintenance of school district sites and facilities. SCHOOL DISTRICT QUESTION 1 (ISD #2903)

APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The School Board of Independent School District No. 2903 (Ortonville) has proposed to revoke the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization of approximately $723.83 per pupil and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of $1,124.15 per pupil. The proposed new referendum revenue authorization would increase annually by the rate of inflation and would be applicable for 10 years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. The additional revenue will be used to finance school operations. Shall the existing referendum revenue authorization be revoked and the increase in the revenue proposed by the School Board of Independent School District No. 2903 (Ortonville) be approved? A portion of this proposed referendum revenue authorization would replace the portion of the school district's existing authorization which is scheduled to expire after taxes payable in 2016. The proposed new referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years, beginning with taxes payable in 2016, unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization be revoked and the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 112 be approved? The board of Independent School District No. 276 (Minnetonka) has proposed to revoke the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization of $1,250.04 per pupil and to increase its general education revenue by the following amounts for taxes payable in the years specified: • $1,590.04 per pupil for taxes payable in 2016, with an inflationary increase in that amount for taxes payable in 2017 and 2018; • $2,046.29 per pupil for taxes payable in 2019, with an inflationary increase in that amount for taxes payable in 2020 through 2025; and The proposed new referendum revenue authorizations, as adjusted, would be applicable for a total of ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. REVOKING EXISTING CAPITAL PROJECT LEVY AUTHORIZATION; APPROVING NEW AUTHORIZATION
The board of Independent School District No. 276 (Minnetonka) has proposed to revoke its existing capital project levy authorization of 6.569% times the net tax capacity of the school district and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of 6.569% times the net tax capacity of the school district. The proposed new authorization will raise approximately $5,300,000 for taxes payable in 2016, the first year it is to be levied and would be applicable for ten years. The estimated total cost of the projects to be funded over that time period is approximately $54,000,000. The money raised by the proposed authorization will be used to provide funds for the following: the purchase and installation of software and technology equipment; costs related to the support and maintenance of technology; costs related to training staff in the use of technology; and the purchase and installation of classroom and building security equipment. Shall the school district's existing capital project levy authorization be revoked and the new capital project levy authorization to fund technology proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 276 be approved? The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be first levied in 2016 for taxes payable in 2017 and applicable for nine (9) years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be first levied in 2015 for taxes payable in 2016 and applicable for ten (10) years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. APPROVE REVOKED AND REPLACED REFERENDUM LEVY AUTHORIZATION
The school board of Independent School District No. 173 (Mountain Lake Public Schools) has proposed to revoke its referendum revenue authorization for taxes payable in 2017 in the amount of $ 1,347.45 per pupil, and to replace this authorization with a new authorization in the same amount. The authorization proposed in this ballot question would be first effective for taxes payable in 2017, and would increase annually by the rate of inflation as determined by statute, provided that actual referendum revenue authorization for any year would not exceed the statutory maximum for that year. This authorization would be applicable for ten years unless earlier revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the revocation and replacement of the referendum levy authorization proposed by the school board of Independent School District No. 173 be approved? The Board of Independent School District No. 2898, Westbrook-Walnut Grove Schools, has proposed to revoke its existing referendum revenue authorization, equal to $447.18 per pupil, and replace it with a referendum revenue authorization in the amount of $760.00 per pupil, resulting in an increase to its general education revenue of $312.82 per pupil.
