APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BOND ISSUE
Shall the school board of Independent School District No. 95 (Cromwell - Wright) be authorized to issue its general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $495,000 to provide funds for a phased program of repair, renovation, upgrading, equipping and construction of improvements to various school sites and facilities and acquisition and installation of instructional equipment and improved technology systems, with said bonds to be repaid from funds on hand and available in the debt redemptino fund of the school district.

CITY QUESTION 1 (Tracy)

SHALL THE CITY COUNCIL SIZE BE REDUCED TO FIVE PERSONS?
It is proposed to amend the Tracy City Charter to reduce the size of the City Council from seven to five persons and to specify that passage of ordinances, including ordinances for emergency debt certificates, shall be accomplished by a majority vote of the City Council. Such amendments would be effective as of the first regular meeting of the City Council after January 1, 2011.
