The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for 7 years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. School District Ballot Question Approval of School District Referendum Revenue Authorization
The board of Independent School District No. 62 (Ortonville) has proposed to increase its general education revenue by $900.00 per pupil unit. The additional revenue will be used to finance school operations: taxes payable in 2007-2008. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for 10 years unless otherwise revoked or reduced provided by law. *Shall the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 62 be approved? BY VOTING “YES” ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. Passage of this referendum will result in an increase in your property taxes.

Approval of School District Referendum Revenue Authorization
The board of Independent School District No. 2888 (Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley) has proposed to increase its general education revenue by $975 per pupil. The proposed referendum authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. *Shall the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 2888 be approved? APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The School Board of Independent School District No. 100 (Wrenshall) has proposed to increase its general education revenue by $250 per pupil, effective for taxes payable 2006. The school district's actual referendum revenue authorization for any year shall not exceed the statutory maximum for that year. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for 3 years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the increase in the revenue proposed by the Board of Independent School District No. 100 be approved? YES NO
 

Dakota

APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The board of Independent School District No. 195 (Randolph Public Schools) has proposed to replace the portion of the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization which expires after taxes payable in 2005 ($264.65 per pupil) and to revoke the portion of the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization which will expire after taxes payable in 2007 ($315.79 per pupil) and to replace those authorizations with a new authorization that would increase its general education revenue by $580.44 per pupil.  The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall a portion of the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization be revoked and the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 195 be approved?

RENEWAL OF EXPIRED SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The school board of Independent School District No. 196 (Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan) has proposed to increase its general education revenue by $105.82 per pupil.  This proposed referendum revenue authorization would replace the school district's prior authorization which has expired.  The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 196 (Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan) be approved?

APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The board of Independent School District No. 196 (Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan) has also proposed to increase its general education revenue by $430 per pupil. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 196 (Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan) also be approved?

REVOKING EXISTING REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION; APPROVING NEW AUTHORIZATION
The board of Independent School District No. 196 (Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan) has proposed to revoke the portion of the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization which will expire after taxes payable in 2007 ($506.57 per pupil) and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of $506.57 per pupil. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization be revoked and the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 196 be approved?

APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The board of Independent School District No. 200 (Hastings) has proposed to increase its general education revenue by the following amounts per pupil for taxes payable in the years specified: $500 for taxes payable in 2006 $536 for taxes payable in 2007 $572 for taxes payable in 2008 $610 or taxes payable in 2009 $649 for taxes payable in 2010 $690 for taxes payable in 2011 $731 for taxes payable in 2012 $774 for taxes payable in 2013 The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for eight years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. Shall the increase in the revenue proposed by the board of Independent School District No. 200 be approved?
