Shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 829 (Waseca), Minnesota be authorized to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $15,600,000 for acquisition and betterment of school facilities, including deferred maintenance on school buildings, safety and security updates, and program improvements? If Ballot Question 1 is approved, shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 829 (Waseca), Minnesota be authorized to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $14,400,000 for acquisition and betterment of school facilities, including construction of a Fine Arts Center and renovation of the Junior/Senior High School academic wing? BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.
