SCHOOL DISTRICT QUESTION 1 (ISD #2903)
APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The School Board of Independent School District No. 2903 (Ortonville) has proposed to revoke the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization of approximately $723.83 per pupil and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of $1,124.15 per pupil. The proposed new referendum revenue authorization would increase annually by the rate of inflation and would be applicable for 10 years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. The additional revenue will be used to finance school operations.
Shall the existing referendum revenue authorization be revoked and the increase in the revenue proposed by the School Board of Independent School District No. 2903 (Ortonville) be approved?
