SCHOOL DISTRICT QUESTION 1 (ISD #182)
RENEWAL OF EXPIRING REFERENDUM LEVY AUTHORIZATION
The school board of Independent School District No. 182 (Crosby-Ironton Public Schools) has proposed to renew the voter-approved portion of the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization, or $195.66 per pupil, which expires in taxes payable year 2014. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.
Shall the existing referendum revenue authorization proposed by the school board of Independent School District No. 182 (Crosby-Ironton Public Schools) be renewed?
PASSAGE OF THIS REFERENDUM EXTENDS AN EXISTING OPERATING REFERENDUM AT THE SAME AMOUNT PER PUPIL AS IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
