APPROVAL OF SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUM REVENUE AUTHORIZATION
The Board of Independent School District No. 879, Delano, has proposed to increase its general education revenue by $285.00 per pupil. The amount shall increase annually by the rate of inflation. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for ten years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. The increase would be effective beginning in 2008, the first year it is to be levied.

APPROVAL OF BOND ISSUE FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING AND IMPROVEMENTS
Provided that Ballot Question No. 1 is approved, shall the School Board of YES Independent School District No. 879, Delano, be authorized to issue its general obligation school bonds in an amount not to exceed $29,030,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including the acquisition of land for, and construction of, a NO grade 4-6 elementary school building and related improvements? BY VOTING “YES” ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.

School District Question 3 (ISD #879)
APPROVAL OF BOND ISSUE FOR ATHLETIC FIELD AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION
YES Provided that Ballot Questions No. 1 and No. 2 are approved, shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 879, Delano, be authorized to issue its general obligation school bonds in an amount not NO to exceed $810,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including physical education/athletic field and community education upgrades? BY VOTING “YES” ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.
