REVOKING EXISTING AUTHORIZATION: PROVIDING NEW FUNDING TO MAINTAIN EXISTING PROGRAMS
The board of Independent School District No. 761 (Owatonna Public Schools) has proposed to revoke the school district's existing referendum revenue authorization of $691.04 per pupil and to replace that authorization with a new authorization of $793.37 per pupil. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be an increase of $102.33 per pupil over the amount of the school district's revoked authorization. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would increase each year by the rate of inflation and be appliable for six years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.

ADDITIONAL REVENUE TO FUND ALL DAY KINDERGARTEN
The school board of Independent School District No. 761 (Owatonna Public Schools) has also proposed to increase its general education revenue by an additional $119.39 per pupil. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would increase each year by the rate of inflation and be applicable for six years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law.
