Shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 391 (Cleveland Public School), Minnesota, be authorized to issue its general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $14,435,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities including the completion of roof replacement and HVAC improvements; the construction of upgrades and renovations, building code, safety and security improvements; and the construction and equipping of a classroom addition, including a cafeteria, a STEM Lab and an Ag./Tech Lab to the K-12 site and facility? BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.

If School District Question 1 is approved, shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 391 (Cleveland Public School), Minnesota, be authorized to issue its general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,065,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school facilities, including the construction and equipping of a multi-purpose gymnasium addition, including, locker rooms, mechanical room and a weight room to the addition described in School District Question 1? BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE.
