Approval of School District Bond Issue
Shall the school board of Independent School District No. 861 (Winona Area Public Schools) be authorized to issue its general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $82,375,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including the construction and equipping of classroom additions and improvements to the Goodview and Washington-Kosciusko Elementary School facilities and the renovation of these facilities to create flexible learning spaces; the construction and equipping of an auxiliary gymnasium addition and a locker room addition and related improvements to the High School facility; the construction and equipping of a new gymnasium addition and related improvements to the ALC facility; and the renovation, repair, remodeling, upgrading, equipping and construction of improvements to and completion of deferred maintenance projects at various school district sites and facilities?
