BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF, THE PREMIUM, IF ANY, AND THE INTEREST ON THE BONDS.
