Approval of School District Referendum Revenue Authorization
The Board of Independent School District No. 2180, MACCRAY, has proposed to renew its current referendum revenue authorization of $342.36 per pupil, which expires after taxes payable in 2017. The amount shall increase annually by the rate of inflation. The proposed referendum revenue authorization would be applicable for 10 years unless otherwise revoked or reduced as provided by law. The new authorization would be effective beginning with taxes payable in 2018, the first year it is to be levied.
